130. Analyses, reports, studies and expert reports. All analyses, reports, studies and expert reports must be concise and relevant to the case.
In addition, the body of psychosocial analyses produced by a party, including the study of the child’s social situation by the director of youth protection and the director’s recommendations, is limited to a maximum of 10 pages, unless the judge decides otherwise because of exceptional circumstances. This application must be made in writing.
The documents must be laid out with at least single spacing and on a letter-format sheet measuring 21.5 × 28 cm (8 1/2 × 11 in) using Arial 12 point typeface.
